- Right on Yosemite Road / I 132 (28.3 miles)
- Right on Hayward Road (dead end - 1.0 miles)
- Left on Ranchito Road to the Park Entrance (4.0 miles)

bypass Pleasanton/Livermore I580 East, from I680

- Turn left on Isabel
- Turn right on Concannon

right on Livermore Ave

around to the left where it becomes Tesla Road

- Turn right after Ranger Station
- Turn right at next street (Main Loop)
- Turn right at "Do Not Enter" sign (E-Loop: post M-32)
