It has been a long time since we Hit IT!, so it's a great weekend to get those muscles working again. Join us as we start getting back in the groove of things. After an amazing first day on the lake, we'll enjoy some piping Hot Wet & Wild pizza.
This might be the first outing of the season, but definitely a not-to-be-missed premiere event of the season.

Senores y Senoritas
Time for a little South of the Border Fiesta!! Sombreros, piñs, mariachis, y muuuchas margaritas. Oh, Si, Tequila will also ring in one of the best outings of the season. Did someone say Shots! Did someone say Jello Shots! OH I'm confused.

General. Those are the events where we have no special themes and just spend time mingling with the rest of our friends. It's a good weekend to get charged up because the next few outing are going to rock your socks off. The quiet before the storm!

Bullards Bar Resevoir (click me for flyer)

Once again we return to Bullards Bar Resevoir (near Marysville) for some incredible lake skiing/boarding. Does everyone remember the incredible water we had last year. We pretty much controlled the lake. In the evening, we had one hell of a feast put on by the same trip chairs that are running it this year. What a DUO! Undoubtedly, the Butter Wagon will be there this year again. In addition to the little wagon to move camping gear.

The Great Reunion of 2010 (click me for more info)

This is the event of the lifetime as old meets new. New is really relative. Who remembers: launching at Piney Creek, The Barge with no reverse, south ramp launch out of the water, someone skiing her wooden Maherajah, the Tahiti with the Suzuki 150, the Mayor's first Tahiti, moving picnic tables, WWWIDE MOUTH Frog extraordinare. This is an opportunity to share memories with everyone since these trees don't talk.

Where did you all go? We just kept the party going. We can also tell you some stories. So it's a great opportunity for one BIG HUGE party. And best of all it's a KID FRIENDLY weekend. Gotta a boat. Great. Don't got a boat. No problem. Forgot how to Hit IT! No Problem. We'll teach you again. We still have double skies. No longer live in the area, No Problem, that's why we now have an international airport in San Jose. Imagine that!

Do you remember your first trip to the Big Easy. Remember walking down Bourbon St and tossing beads and being tossed beans. Remember Pat O's hurricanes. Remember having to throw away your tennis shoes prior to packing the suitcase. Well. That is exactly what happens though in Fun & Sun style. So join the F&S Krewe and help us decorate the floats to parade through the other campgrounds throwing beads and candy at all our revelers our other Lake campers.

College may be over but the toga party lives on at Fun & Sun! Wear your best toga / bed sheet and be prepared to limbo!

Howdy Partners! Come on down for a boot stopping' rootin' tootin' good old time. Wear yer fanciest western duds and be prepared to kick up your heels. F&S is known for the best steak and BBQ sauce west of the Hudson River. What can you do with a bail of hay, a bottle of Tequila, and a vast assortment of lucky friends?

Boat Owner Appreciation

As the year comes to a close, not yet but soon, we say `thanks' to our boat owners for sharing their boats with all of us. We also do our annual `roast and toast' as someone always does something during the season to remember for seasons to come. All in good fun of course. We also, raise our hats to the countless CAD club approve drivers without whom the boat owners wouldn't be able to ski nor the rest of us.

Houseboat Blowout

It's amazing what can happen on a Fun & Sun Houseboat trip. There are lots of stories but since what happens at McClure stays at McClure, then you must be present to win. It's been an amazing event over the years and every year we outdo the prior year. If you have never been on a houseboat trip, this is the year. If you have been on an F&S houseboat trip, need we say more.

Bon Voyage - Last Splash

Wrap up your summer and say so long to your summer family. This will be the last chance to get out on the lake before winter, so come join the fun and get in one last splash.
